Job Description

  • Contacting suppliers and sending purchasing requirements
  • Creation of Purchase Orders for all Raw Materials, Packaging Materials etc. and other items
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up with suppliers if there are delays.
  • Ensuring availability of frequently used raw and packaging materials
  • Flagging any unavailable or low stock levels to managers
  • Reviewing invoices against purchase orders, and verifying receipt of items ordered.
