Job Description

  • Manage All Government Follow-Up Related Tasks:** Ensure efficient tracking and management of all governmental procedures and requirements, maintaining compliance and facilitating smooth operations within regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee All Government Platforms Including Tender and Vendor Platforms:** Take responsibility for managing platforms such as the Etimad portal and the Aramco vendor platform. Ensure smooth operations and compliance with all requirements, acting as the primary point of contact for these platforms.
  • Seek and Analyze Tenders:** Proactively search for new tender opportunities, conduct thorough analyses to evaluate their potential, and assess the feasibility and strategic fit for the company. Develop strategies to approach these opportunities effectively.
  • Quantity and Quality Accounting:** Monitor and manage both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of projects and tenders, ensuring all specifications and standards are met or exceeded. This includes overseeing procurement and purchase activities, ensuring that all materials and services procured meet the project’s needs and quality standards.
  • Execute Tenders:** Lead the tender process from inception to completion, including the preparation of bids, submission, and follow-up. Ensure all submissions are competitive, compliant with requirements, and aligned with strategic company goals.
  • End-to-End Management of Operation and Maintenance Projects:** Directly oversee operation and maintenance projects from the initial planning phase through to successful completion. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting all project goals and objectives within designated timelines and budgets.
  • This role demands a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of government procurement processes, tender management, and project management within the context of operation and maintenance. Skills in strategic planning, analysis, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments are essential.
