Property management specialists play a crucial role in managing properties, which often involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating general maintenance, major repairs, and construction projects for commercial or residential properties.
Responsibilities
- The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of extensive experience in the Property Management with experience in following areas:
- Training the PM Team, analyze market conditions, identify new opportunities, and pursue leads for new projects.
- Formulating property management plans during annual planning and budgeting.
- Monitoring performance goals and re-strategize as and when needed.
- Handling PM audit reports.
