Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties, providing expert advice on pricing, negotiation, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients to inspections, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
- Negotiate and finalize sale purchase contracts, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations in the real estate industry in Dubai.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers or tenants.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business, or finance.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the secondary market real estate industry in Dubai.
- Valid real estate license or certification from the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in property listings and contracts.
- Professional and ethical conduct, adhering to industry regulations and client confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
