Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Qatar real estate market, specifically within Greater Doha, including prime locations like The Pearl, Lusail, and West Bay. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, an existing network of landlord contacts, and the ability to provide clients with top-notch service in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Qatar.
- Actively generate new property listings in assigned communities and areas.
- Connect with landlords and property owners to assist clients in finding properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Evaluate properties to determine their market value and potential rental income.
- Create and maintain a database of available properties for sale or rent.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease on behalf of clients.
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate market, property laws, and regulations in Qatar.
- Use various marketing tools and techniques to promote properties and attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with other property consultants and real estate professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all dealings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain client confidentiality.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
