Job Description
Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns. Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale. Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell. Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents/broker companies/investors in the real estate industry.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and financial implications.
- Prepare and present comprehensive property proposals to clients, including detailed financial analysis and ROI projections.
- Negotiate and finalize property purchase agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of off-plan property projects.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices in property development, investment, and sales.
- Conduct property viewings and inspections to assess market value, potential risks, and investment potential.
- Assist clients with property financing options, including mortgage applications and loan approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property transactions and client communications.
- Real estate experience in UAE is a must
