Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes, solutions, and configurations.
- Provide expert technical guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders on technical aspects and challenges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during project execution, minimizing downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, with a strong grasp of technical principles.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in technical support or project management roles.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CompTIA are highly advantageous and demonstrate professional commitment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, with additional language proficiency considered a plus.
