Job Description

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of running the entire projects department.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Create and maintain complete project documentation
• Manage a team of junior engineers and foremen
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Qualifications:

• Male, 45 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same role, preferably in F&B or Hospitality industry
• PMP/PRINCE II certification and background in fit-out industry or fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
• Must have extensive knowledge in MEP and navigating AutoCAD, 3D Max and other design software
