Job Description

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Time Management: Efficiently managing project timelines and deadlines.
Risk Management: Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address and solve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Negotiation: Skills to negotiate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
Budget Management: Managing and overseeing project budgets.
Technical Proficiency: Depending on the industry, having relevant technical skills or knowledge. Heavy coordination with more than 120 staff from 06 different entities.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the project are covered.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
Decisiveness: Ability to make decisions promptly and confidently.
Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity in managing projects and teams.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in complex infrastructure and park projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
