Responsibilities
- 4-year degree in Civil engineering.
- Certified PMP is preferred.
- Minimum 20 years’ experience on large infrastructure/landscape projects involving design and construction works with knowledge of codes, design manuals and construction practices.
- 5 years of experience in Qatar/GCC region.
- Ability to interpret complex contract documents including plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations on significant engineering problems, and review drawings, specifications, and installations for constructability.
- Demonstrated previous PMCM experience.
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to identify potential problems and propose solutions.
- Ability to team build, organize staff and prioritize work.
- Ability to work well within and lead a project team of mixed nationalities.
- Experience in Microsoft applications.
- Ability to build rapport with work colleagues. Candidate must have MME/ MMUP/ UPDA
