Job Description

Ali & Sons Holding is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the successful implementation of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) projects.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with software vendors and other key stakeholders

Implementation and Integration:

  • Lead the implementation of DMS projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure seamless integration of DMS with existing Oracle systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and internal DIH software development teams to customize and configure DMS solutions

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and control project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk logs and issue trackers.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices and standards in project management and DMS implementation.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
