PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of landscape projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee landscape projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or landscape industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
