Job Description
To manage Zain Bahrain s Billing Sub-System (BSS) transformation project across different divisions whilst delivering:
Responsibilities
- Transforming and migrating the legacy billing system to the new.
- Ensure on time delivery, within budget and as per business requirement.
- Keep management and project community informed about the project status and risks.
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Management/ Technical or any relevant field of study.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the telecom industry.
- Skills and Knowledge: Leading complex Projects is a plus (IT and, or BSS transformation projects and other Telco Projects)
- Strong understanding of BSS functionalities (billing, customer management, service provisioning etc.). Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Strong background about Mobile technology and industry preferably technical background Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- Flexible work and leadership style to maximize team performance
- Demonstrated executive presence - able to develop rapport with all levels of the organization and lead where appropriate
- Ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, of different cultural and national background;
