Project Leader
Job Description
Project Leader will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of project activities ensuring clear communication, and driving the team towards project milestones in an agile manner.
Responsibilities
- • Leading the advance analytics project from inception to completion in an agile manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuously evaluating project performance and making data-driven decisions to drive project success.
Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in leadership, project management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong technical knowledge in Data Science with at least 5+ years of prior experience delivering data science projects hands on.
- Proven experience in Agile project management methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and project team members.
- A track record of having significant business impact with data
- At least medium level of SQL and Python
- Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical concepts
