Roles & Responsibilities

a. Understanding the scope of contract, study the drawings, specifications and other project specific documents

b. Establish the schedule for the specific scope, plan the resources specially manpower, supervision, equipment required.

c. Coordinate with Project Head to ensure timely mobilization of the resources

d. Establish work methods, prepare documentations required to be approved before start of work.

e. Establish site facilities, ensure all HSE and Quality requirements of the Contract have been met and start work.

f. Coordinate with Client on availability of Project Material and schedule of delivery.

g. Ensure all tools, tackles, consumable and work access is available to start work.

h. Ensure Team skills meet job requirement, and front line supervision are updated regularly on job scope, target schedules, QC and HSE requirement.

i. Ensure work progress as per schedule, availability on site of project material, to enable smooth progress.

j. On physical completion of specific scope ensure all punch list items completed, as built drawings prepared & submitted, test pack documentation completed & submitted to client.

k. Ensure billing is completed as per contract & any variations there off, all monies collected from client & contract completion certificate obtained.

l. Ensure Resources are demobilized as per plan.

m. Prepare internal project close out report including analysis of cost incurred vs budget, lessons learnt, recommendations to management on possible improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

10 years experience in Mechanical construction for ADNOC project sites
