Project Engineer (Construction)
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience in the UAE. • In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations and processes. • Familiarity with key departments such as: • Dubai Municipality and Ajman Municipality for construction permits. • Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) or FEWA. • Civil Defense Offices. • Proven experience in the construction of G+2 villas, building maintenance, and finishing project interiors (e.g., tile work, painting, flooring, etc.). • Ability to organize work, manage tasks independently, and consistently meet deadlines. • Successfully completed multiple projects within budget and timeline using skills in: • Quantity Surveying. • Preparing Baseline Schedules. • Estimation and *Analysis. • Procurement. • Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Controlling. • Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
