Hiring Program Manager for our Banking Domain Client in Riyadh
Requirements:
- Total IT delivery experience of 15+ years
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in delivering large-scale projects in banks in the role of program manager or portfolio manager.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the KSA Banking sector in similar roles
- Experience in KSA market across Banking & Technology is a must.
- Good understanding of internationally accepted Project Management Principles, Methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, or Agile) and Practices (PMI Certification or equivalent is an advantage).
- Candidate should be Techno Functional and have the ability to engage with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and good negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP knowledge is a must).
- Must have strong verbal and written communication with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels (Including business heads, functional heads, and other senior managers).
- Creates and executes project work plans along with the team and closely monitors the deliverables.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project. Resolve any challenges of projects to enable the teams to deliver on time.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with stakeholders and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Ensures project documents are complete and stored appropriately.
- Ensure close monitoring of the project along with providing periodic updates to senior management
- Provides a report on the status of the project under execution, challenges, risk, and mitigation plan.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget
- Familiarity with project performance monitoring principles and metrics
- Good stakeholder management capability and worked with senior management
- Experienced in managing the team size of more than 10-20 people
- Qualification in Business Management, and internationally recognized Project Management qualification e.g. PRINCE 2/PMP etc. is considered essential
- In-depth knowledge of banking & technology is essential and experience of working with a cross-functional team.
- Good stakeholder management capability and worked with senior management. Experience of managing multiple time-critical projects at the same time.
