Primary The Senior Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the production process of bottled water products. The role involves coordinating and leading a team of production staff, ensuring efficient and timely production while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. The Senior Production Engineer will also be responsible for optimizing production processes, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring compliance with policies and industry regulations. Responsibility also includes in organizing the department during production shift as per the operation and demand, training, assisting team in new product trials, department budget planning, capex etc Secondary The position holder also responsible for monitoring and review of performance of staff, equipment and organize necessary interventions for improvements. Problem Solving Position holder to be able to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Analytical Approach Position Holder to be able to break a problem down into the smaller pieces to resolve it. Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. Key Accountabilities In Detail With Sub Tasks Priority 1 Production Target - Demand Forecast vs Actual (weekly, monthly, yearly) Effective Production Planning, based on Forecasted Demand and Execution RMPM - availability based on production Plan, Unavailability to be organized to meet the demand. Review and adjust the schedule where needed. Measurable KPIs (SMART Objectives) Demand vs Actual (100% Achievement) source- Weekly Demand Priority 2 Productivity Manhr/Liter to be maintained as per set targets Utilization 5G Line across 3 sites to be maintained as per set targets based on demand rolling Forecast. Overall Line efficiency to be maintained as per set targets across 3 sites. Operational Efficiency across 3 sites to be achieved as per set target. Water mineral yield target for across 3 sites to be achieved Plant waste to be maintained less than the set target Water mineral yield target for across 3 sites to be achieved Plant waste to be maintained less than the set target Measurable KPIs (SMART Objectives) · Manhr/liter – Kezad DXB, Auh · 5G line utilization · Overall line efficiency · Operational efficiency 95% for all 3 sites · Water mineral yield · Total plant waste Priority 3 Initiating RCA (Root cause analysis) for Process, quality related problem to avoid any future reoccurrence. Customer/consumer complaints are controlled. Ensure safe operating conditions exists throughout the facilities. LTIFR & LTISR GMP, Housekeeping, Audits are met as per standard. Ensure employees absenteeism are within set limit. Employees leave plan to be met with in the allowable duration to avoid hire labours. Determine the Human resource required, plan for additions & deletions. Lead problem solving activities and coaches the production team on process/operation improvement. Trainings are conducted and completed as per set targets GMP & HSE Measurable KPIs (SMART Objectives) § ZERO customer complaints (source – Monthly QC report & ETQ system) KPI § Health & safety, LTIFR LTISR § Audit, GMP, HACCP/ISO – NO NCR(Source – Audit Report internal & external) KPI § Trainings GMP 4hr employee and HSE 2hrs per employee.

Qualification
Bachelor Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Plastics or Diploma in Mechanical/electrical/ Plastics/Industrial engineering
Experience
8 yrs to 10 yrs Hands on experience in beverage / Bottling water industry, specially KRONES/SACMI/SIDEL/CAP SNAP/BARDI/NETSTAL LINES. Engineering/Diploma holder with 10 to 12 yrs hands on experience bottled water production lines and TPM & LEAN management.
