Production Supervisor – TACKMIX ADHESIVE MANUFACTURING
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Lead and train production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the production team.
- Track and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are available for production.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into production processes.
