Production Operator
Job Description
The primary duty of the Plant Operators is to operate the sophisticated plant equipment safely, making quality products.
Responsibilities
- Operate the sophisticated plastic production lines of the plant which include twin screw extruders, material handling and feeding systems, water circulation systems etc
- Use computer systems to monitor and control the operation of the lines
- Prepare raw material batches and feed the production lines (lifting 25 Kg on packaging)
- Learn and apply the proper safety rules and procedures to assure a safe working environment Initial troubleshooting of the problems during production and directly solve the simpler ones
- Monitor, Measure and check the quality specifications for the final product.
- Perform quality tests as needed. Help in maintenance activities as guided
- Production line cleaning (Housekeeping)
