Production
Job Description
Production workers perform manual labor tasks in manufacturing or production environments. Assembling, packaging, and inspecting products may be part of their daily duties on an assembly line. They may also operate manufacturing machinery or equipment.
Responsibilities
Production Prep:
- Ensure RM and Accessories are prepared ahead of start of production.
Production
- Ensure packaging of finished good is in line with the standard.
- Coordinate with Operator to ensure production is efficient, safe, and of quality.
- Coordinate with QHSE Team for the in-line Quality Testing of products
- Immediately inform Operator when encountering any deviation in the quality of items or the functioning of machinery
Maintenance:
- Assist the Operator in conducting Autonomous and routine maintenance of machinery with coordination of the maintenance team.
Organization:
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Ensure Correct PPE and hygiene wear is always worn during production.
Teamwork:
- Ensure clear communication with the team and ensuring to carry out tasks delegated by the Operator.
Safety:
- The Helper is responsible for their own safety.
- The Helper should report to their operator any unsafe action by their fellow team members.
Production
- The Helper is responsible for the packing and packaging of produced item.
Finished goods condition:
- The Helper is responsible for the condition of the finished goods during the production run.
Production Area:
- The Helper is responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the production area assigned to them.
