Job Description

We are seeking a strong Product Manager who can work on our café experience to create a seamless and delightful omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities
  • Transactional Business Models: Demonstrated experience working with retail, on-demand, and CPG consumer products.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to analyze data to inform product decisions. Proficient in SQL, Excel, Mixpanel, and other data analysis tools. Capable of interpreting and processing data to derive actionable insights that drive product improvement and user growth.
  • GTM: Solid understanding of the role and impact of paid and organic acquisition channels within the product ecosystem. Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to leverage these channels for product visibility and user growth.
  • B2C Product Management Experience: At least 3+ years of product management experience within a high-growth consumer app setting.
  • Experience with scaling products, adapting to market changes, and driving product strategy and development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex product concepts and strategies to different audiences, including technical teams, stakeholders, and users.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Proven track record in successfully launching products and optimizing conversion rates throughout the user funnel.
  • Skilled in identifying barriers to conversion and implementing strategic solutions to improve user acquisition and conversion metrics.
