Job Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, strategy, and ongoing improvement of the company’s products. This role requires working closely with various teams—engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to ensure that the product aligns with the company’s goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate has a mix of business acumen, technical know-how, and leadership skills to deliver results.

Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap in line with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • Set clear product vision and communicate it effectively to the team and stakeholders.
  • Product Development:
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to turn ideas into products.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through release, including prototyping, testing, and iteration.
  • Prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business impact.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the product is positioned and delivered successfully.
  • Serve as the key contact for the product, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring clear communication across departments.
  • Data-driven Decision Making:
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive decisions.
  • Use data and analytics to understand user behavior and inform product improvements.
  • Customer Focus:
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback.
  • Ensure that the product delivers value and meets customer needs by continuously optimizing user experience.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Present product plans, progress, and results to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Agile Product Development:
  • Lead Agile/Scrum processes, including planning sprints, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring on-time delivery of features.
  • Adapt and respond to changing priorities and new challenges in an agile environment.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
  • Manage product budgets and work closely with the finance department to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Ensure that the product development process operates within agreed timelines and budgets.
