Procurement Supervisor specializing in Subcontractors – Confidential Company

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee subcontractor procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate and select subcontractors based on their capabilities, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services.
  • 1. Candidates should have a minimum experience of 10 years in the KSA.
  • 2. Candidates should be very smart, and fluent in English.
  • 3. Candidates should have an experience in commercial and contracts.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure subcontractors meet those requirements.
  • Track and maintain records of subcontractor contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in subcontractor management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on subcontractor performance and procurement activities.
