Job Description
Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, encompassing price, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to secure favorable agreements. Create, oversee, and manage purchase orders, ensuring they are accurate and complete. Monitor and track purchase orders throughout the procurement process.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time,cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Oversee project purchases to ensure that they comply with contractual, legal, and financial regulations.
- Perform all the necessary technical evaluations, contractual analyses, and quotation evaluations for meeting the client's needs.
- Handle contractual, financial, and legal compliance regulations for all project related purchases and expenses.
