Process Mechanic -Rotatory Mechanic
Job Description
To analyze equipment operating problems and make recommendations and carry out the repair. To perform corrective, planned, preventive & predictive maintenance of all process equipments.
Responsibilities
- To attend equipments malfunctioning or breakdown, trouble shooting and repairs by welding and fabrication or using lifting appliances to bring back the machine in to operation.
- Carry out planned and preventive maintenance as per the department’s schedule
- To attend and perform Equipment breakdown or Emergency work at any time if needed, even at night & report duty when instructed
- To record daily on logbook with 100% accuracy for all observations, breakdowns and action taken, work achieved or in progress.
- To work as process, shift mechanic or change in routine working schedule if needed with instructions of department seniors.
- To ensure safe working with all necessary safety guidelines, safe keeping of tools & daily cleanliness of work areas.
- To attend and ensure operational firefighting equipment’s when necessary
