Job Description
The PRO official will have a prominent role in building strong relationships with main governmental bodies while acting as ambassador for the company. The PRO Official will ensure successful implementation of PR functions and work closely with different parties to develop the company public presence.
Responsibilities
- Handle all governmental and ministerial documentations, including but not limited to visa applications, labor contracts, and residency permits.
- Maintain accurate records of all documents and ensure timely renewal of necessary documents and permits.
- Liaise with various governmental and municipal authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of official documents and applications required for business operations.
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining office records.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding their queries related to government regulations and processes.
- Facilitate communication between the company and governmental bodies to ensure smooth processing of official transactions.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure that all company documents are kept up-to-date and properly filed for easy retrieval.
- Provide support to HR and management in various administrative functions as required.
