Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) with additional responsibilities in Administration and HR Assistance. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career. Proficiency in Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities

Public Relations Officer (PRO):

  • Government Liaison: Handle all government-related tasks, including visa applications, labor permits, and company licenses.
  • Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary documents to government offices and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Renewals: Manage timely renewal of company licenses, employee visas, and other official documents.

Administrative Support:

  • Office Management: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Scheduling: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.

HR Assistant:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and orientation is provided.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records and files.
  • Assistance: Provide general support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Arabic is required.
  • No prior experience in UAE is necessary; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
