The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess the ability to prepare a variety of meals, follow recipes accurately, and present dishes with a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of meals, international cuisines, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation. - Follow recipes precisely and adapt them to dietary preferences and needs. - Ensure proper food handling, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen. - Present meals in an aesthetically pleasing manner for private dining events and daily meals. - Plan menus in collaboration with the household, considering preferences and dietary restrictions. - Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring fresh and high-quality ingredients are always available. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. -Qualifications and Skills:- - Fluent in English (both written and spoken). - Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a private household or fine dining. - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. - Ability to follow recipes and innovate where needed. - Excellent presentation skills with a creative eye for detail. - Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices. - Organized, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
