Job Description
Monitors a department or project’s budget, inventory, and production schedule. Maintains optimally efficient inventory of production materials. Creates planning studies and generates reports about new programs, plans, and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for project management.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of project planning, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and management.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
