Planning Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in similar projects in the planning department. They should be proficient in using AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office programs, and have excellent interpersonal skills to act as a responsible team leader and player. The candidate should also be a hard and dynamic worker with excellent English skills in both writing and speaking. Experience in working with engineering/consultancy and construction companies for large-scale international projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules using AutoCAD, Primavera, and other project management software
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans
- Analyze project progress and identify potential delays or issues
- Monitor project activities to ensure they are completed according to schedule and within budget
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and performance Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans
- Provide guidance and support to project team members Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 5-8 years of experience in similar projects in the planning department Certification in AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office programs Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team leader and player Hardworking and dynamic individual with excellent English skills Experience working with engineering/consultancy and construction companies for large-scale international projects
