Job Description

Educational background in civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines for road and infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying any delays or issues and proposing solutions.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Educational background in civil engineering or related field.
  • Professional qualifications or certifications in project management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in road and infrastructure planning and project management.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the local road and infrastructure industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Primavera P6 and AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
