Responsibilities

- Develop project plans and schedules that are realistic and achievable.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.
- Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders, and identify and address potential delays or roadblocks.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting quality standards.
- Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Track project expenses and ensure that project budgets are adhered to.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to support project success.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Monitor project progress and identify any delays or deviations from the plan.
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular status reports to all stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.
- Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Maintain a strong understanding of project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Prince2, is preferred.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed.
