Planning & Budget Officer for Saudi Aramco – KSA – Oil Support Services
Responsibilities
Job Description: Ø To coordinate with all sections the planning and budgeting criteria of the department to ensure that the department has all necessary resources and plans to enable the achievement of objectives and performance indicators. Ø Compiles and prepares department’s budget /operating plan, manpower, and related documents to ensure departmental planning and development of KPIs. Ø Maintains and verifies records of budget expenditures to regularly update comparison of actual spending vs. budget and AFE and reports to superintendent Ø Attends and assists auditors for auditing and evaluates new procedures to be cost efficient. Accuracy of plans and budgets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Academic and professional qualifications: Ø Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Economics. Ø Experience: Ø With a minimum of (15) years of experience in budget controlling and planning. Minimum of (10) years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector in the field of accounting. Having experience in using SAP and Oracle system.
