Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to identify project requirements and constraints.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and software.
  • Train and mentor junior planners on best practices and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on planning and scheduling matters.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
