Personal Secretary – Confidential Company
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Ensure all documents are accurate and professionally presented.
- Schedule Management: Manage the GM’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and confirm meeting agendas, locations, and participant availability. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders. Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the GM.
3. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and distribute minutes. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. 4 Administrative Support: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform general office duties, including filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining records. 5. Administrative Support:

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar role, preferably with exposure to working closely with Managing Directors (MDs). Strong background in drafting and editing high-level documents.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attributes: High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proactive, with a problem-solving attitude.
