We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior executives in the architecture industry. In this role, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and assist with project-related activities to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities will be crucial in providing effective support.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents related to architecture projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the architecture industry.
