PDI Technician
Job Description
Carry out PDI and accessories fitment as per SOP. Should be able to perform minor mechanical and electrical trouble shooting. Perform rework & polishing of cars. Ensure Customer cars are kept clean during PDI, rework, accessories fitment & polishing. Ensure all equipment are in proper working condition including vehicle lifts. Follow company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any accident to Foreman.
Responsibilities
- Produce quality work with minimum job stoppage.
- Ensure SOP is followed in all sections at all times.
- Actively participate in 5S and Kaizen initiatives and activities in PDI Centre.
- Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed always.
- Ensure to go the extra mile whenever required.
- Ensure team work and performance enhancement through Kaizen.
