Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee attendance and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Calculate salaries, commissions, bonuses, and incentives every month.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure every paycheck is perfect and timely.
  • Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience.
  • Currently based in Dubai.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members.
