Responsibilities
  • • Prepare and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy of attendance and timeliness.
  • Calculate and record payroll deductions, benefits, and other withholdings. 
  • Ensure compliance with country payroll regulations and company policies. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee timesheets, salary changes, and benefits information.
  • Manage the payroll system and update employee information as needed.
  • Ensure all payroll records are stored securely and confidentially.
  • Generate payroll-related reports for management, such as payroll summaries, loan status and expense reports.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support. 
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, such as pay discrepancies and benefits deductions.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee information, including new hires, terminations, resignations, transfers and changes in employment status. 
  • Work with the Finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on best practices in payroll management and recommend improvements to current processes.
