Job Description

  • Providing personalized services for palace owner
  • Having a deep knowledge of all amenities for guests or owners
  • Working with all departments (housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet guests’ needs
  • Meet guests when they arrive
  • Have a thorough understanding of all specialty foods in stock
  • Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient
  • Run errands for palace when necessary
  • Recommend and arrange amenities for the palace
  • Keep up-to-date on all safety and hygiene
  • Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
