Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken Outbound Call Center Agent with excellent communication skills to be responsible for soliciting sales and to manage client inquiries over the telephone.

Responsibilities

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong command of the English language!
  • Preferred 1+ year work experience as Tele sales Agent in an international BPO.
  • Capable of working under stress and targets- Because it is part of our JOB!
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills!
  • Track record of over-achieving quota with incentive oriented approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage volume outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Initiating sales and conversion with potential and difficult clients over the phone.
  • Building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications from scratch.
  • Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service relations.
  • Meeting sales targets.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: AED 4000-10,000+ (including commission and bonuses) Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), 6:00 pm - 2:30 am (Evening Shift) Experience:

  • Tele sales: 1 year (Required)
  • International BPO: 1 year (Preferred)

** This role is only for Candidates based in Dubai preferably on a visit visa or cancelled employment visa who can join Immediately. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
