Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken Outbound Call Center Agent with excellent communication skills to be responsible for soliciting sales and to manage client inquiries over the telephone.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong command of the English language!
- Preferred 1+ year work experience as Tele sales Agent in an international BPO.
- Capable of working under stress and targets- Because it is part of our JOB!
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills!
- Track record of over-achieving quota with incentive oriented approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage volume outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Initiating sales and conversion with potential and difficult clients over the phone.
- Building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications from scratch.
- Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service relations.
- Meeting sales targets.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: AED 4000-10,000+ (including commission and bonuses) Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), 6:00 pm - 2:30 am (Evening Shift) Experience:
- Tele sales: 1 year (Required)
- International BPO: 1 year (Preferred)
