Oracle EBS Technical Specialist
Job Description
To be in-charge of all software related initiatives in Tijaria. To ensure software system implementation, application software development and coordination with the vendors and the users so that the desired software is implemented. Continuous active database management & responsible for maintaining the application, database and data management.
Responsibilities
- Implementing new modules of Oracle EBS R12.2 HRMS Modules.
- Design, develop and implement enhancements and customizations of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules including Core HR , payroll, Advance benefits , Compensation ,Employee & Manager Self Service .
- Act as an Oracle EBS techno functional consultant by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes.
- Participate in unit and system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues from raise through to resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans.
- Work with team members to identify and implement solutions to business problems.
- Support other in-house systems (oracle database).
- Prepare technical specification documentation.
