Client Details

An international equipment distributor for multiple sectors providing tailored solutions to produce higher productivity and performance

Description
Deliver timely, accurate and professional reports to key stakeholders, including part sales, inventory and service dashboards Conduct analysis on OEM price changes and ensure accurate pricing uploads in the ERP system Prepare budgets for the after sales business (parts, service, and training) and generate monthly rolling forecasts for parts Collaborate with parts and service teams to provide monthly sales variance commentary between actual and budget figures Assist in retrieving data from the Inventory Control System (ICS) and troubleshoot ERP-related queries Demonstrate a strong understanding of general ledger setup, chart of accounts and associated data within various ledgers for detailed financial analysis

Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or relevant field, with an additional qualification in data analytics highly preferred Minimum 3-5 years' experience in analytics and systems development Exposure to a dealership environment that sells a product and provides after sales support, service and training Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Power BI Desirable experience with SharePoint, possessing a detail-oriented, analytical mindset and ability to work independently with strong organisational skills
