Operation Head – Sabin Plastic Industries LLC
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for acrylic sheets, polycarbonate sheets, industrial sheets, print media, adhesives, LEDs, and other products.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Manage inventory, production schedules, and logistics to meet customer demands.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other departments to align operations with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives for operational excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the materials or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production processes, and quality assurance.
- Proven track record in managing diverse product lines and leading teams to success.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
