Operation Controller – Arabic – ROYAL SWISS AUTO SERVICES L.L.C

Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of operational changes on the company’s bottom line.
  • Develop cost-benefit analyses for new operational initiatives or investments.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure operational activities are within budget and aligned with financial goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the efficiency of day-to-day operations across departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure that all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at streamlining departmental activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company objectives.
  • Participate in the development and execution of operational strategies that support overall business objectives.
  • Forecast and prepare for future operational challenges and opportunities.
  • Align operational activities with long-term business strategies.
  • Generate regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and propose corrective actions when needed.
  • Mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Promote effective communication and coordination between teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Implement control measures to protect the organization from potential threats.
