Operation Controller – Arabic – ROYAL SWISS AUTO SERVICES L.L.C
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of operational changes on the company’s bottom line.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses for new operational initiatives or investments.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure operational activities are within budget and aligned with financial goals.
- Monitor and analyze the efficiency of day-to-day operations across departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at streamlining departmental activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company objectives.
- Participate in the development and execution of operational strategies that support overall business objectives.
- Forecast and prepare for future operational challenges and opportunities.
- Align operational activities with long-term business strategies.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes.
- Use data analytics to identify trends and propose corrective actions when needed.
- Mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Promote effective communication and coordination between teams to achieve operational goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Implement control measures to protect the organization from potential threats.
