Responsibilities
  • • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to onboarding processes, including employment laws, privacy regulations, and Company policies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally to new hires, managers, and other stakeholders during the onboarding process.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, coordinate schedules, and ensure the smooth execution of onboarding activities for new hires. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with new hires, facilitate team introductions, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment during the onboarding process. 
  • Ability to identify issues, address concerns, and resolve problems that may arise during the onboarding process, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
  • ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
