Job Description

The incumbent will be part of the Marketing team to develop, localize and execute marketing programs and campaigns to support business growth in the Middle East region.

Should collaborate with the respective Business Divisions and Sales teams to define and execute impactful marketing strategies and plans that drive awareness, demand and leads as well as co-develop strategy for new products.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the respective Business Divisions and Sales to develop integrated marketing campaign strategies and plans for key business areas within assigned geographies via effective channels and achieve campaign objectives such as generating qualified leads
  • Work alongside with peers in the Marketing team across the Middle East region to localize, implement, track and analyze campaigns. 
  • Produce effective marketing collaterals including brochures, trade fair materials, website assets, email campaigns, advertisement in local language.
  • Coordinate campaign activities, including digital initiatives and events, from conceptualization, implementation to tracking and success measurement ensuring campaign objectives are met and in line with corporate & regional strategy and goals 
  • Ensure all marketing activities have clear measurable objectives and evaluate success through metric monitoring for improvement of marketing effectiveness.
  • Day-to-day management of external agencies to develop plans, creatives and print that achieve ROI required per campaign
  • Working with Digital marketers to roll out campaigns to achieve desired objective 
  • Role includes interacting with senior management and business heads
  • Website management and handling of CRM tools 
  • Brand management, Customer UX and data management
