Office Assistant – Kaushik Pradipbhai Foodstuff LLC

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and update databases and records.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of office events and functions.
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an office administration or assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
