Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We’re looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to join our team, where you’ll not only manage office operations but also assist with light sales tasks.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration including scheduling, filing, and supply management
- Provide clerical support to management and other departments
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
- Process and track invoices, orders, and shipments
- Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, quotations, and order processing
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Light sales duties including responding to customer inquiries and helping to secure small accounts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, sales support, or a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with basic sales principles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
