Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We’re looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to join our team, where you’ll not only manage office operations but also assist with light sales tasks.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration including scheduling, filing, and supply management
  • Provide clerical support to management and other departments
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
  • Process and track invoices, orders, and shipments
  • Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, quotations, and order processing
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
  • Light sales duties including responding to customer inquiries and helping to secure small accounts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, sales support, or a similar role preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with basic sales principles is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
